We usually see these attractive Terns in winter in flocks of 20 or so alongside the water bodies.  They are a member of the Laridae family.

Their predominant feature is the large yellow bill.  They have white underparts with grey back and wings and a black cap and tail.  They have yellow short legs and black primaries.

Their Argentine name is Ati.
