Bare-faced Curassows at reserve

15/04/2026
After an absence of seven years, Bare-faced Curassow have returned once again to Reserva Don Luis. The reintroduction project is being led by Rewilding Argentina, who are making use of the purpose-built corrals we constructed for this species in 2014.
There are currently four birds at the reserve, all males, and they are expected to be released into the reserve within the next week or so.
