How We Respect Your Privacy

We have the greatest respect for everyone’s right to privacy and will never knowingly do anything to compromise that right

If you contact us via this website, our aim is ask you for the minimum information we need in order to be able to reply to you. We may ask for other information – such as how you found our website – that you may decide to supply as a courtesy, but this will be entirely at your discretion.

Any information that you provide to us will be stored under conditions of commercial security, and will not be shared with any third party not directly associated with the Trust. To clarify this, we will not sell or otherwise abuse this information, though it may, of necessity be visible to associates such as our website providers. These associates undertake to keep this information private and are not permitted to contact you direct without prior express permission. Such permission may be granted under exceptional circumstances, for example to help you more directly with a problem you were experiencing with the website. Under no circumstances are they allowed to contact you for marketing or similar purposes.

Contact Forms

If you’ve used a contact form or e-mail to make an enquiry, then we’ll respond to that enquiry only. If this leads to a dialogue between us – as we hope it will – then we’ll continue communications on the basis that we’re doing so at your invitation, and that you can withdraw that invitation at will.

Registering for News and Information

We may add a facility allowing you to subscribe for news or other regular information. Where you’ve registered for news or information, we don’t add you immediately to our subscription list. Instead we send you an e-mail by return asking you to confirm that you do indeed want to receive updates. This helps us to ensure that you’ve genuinely requested contact, and that you haven’t been added mischievously to our list. Only when you confirm your wishes will you be added to the list.

Removing Yourself From Our Lists

Whenever we send out news or information to subscribers, we always include a link to unsubscribe from the list. We promise that this is a genuine, working un-subscription link, and that clicking it will prevent further automated contact from us. Should you wish us to remove you completely from our database, then please let us know and we will purge our records entirely. Sending this request will prompt one further e-mail from us to confirm that this is what you require.

If you have any questions regarding our privacy policy, please contact us.
