The Hepatic Tanager is a stunning looking bird which can be found in the Ibera Marshes but it is not common there.  It seems to prefer habitated areas.  It belongs to the Thraupidae family along with other Tanagers.  In Argentina it is called Fueguero Comun.

It measures about 17cm and is flame red with rufous wings.  It has a black medium sized conical bill

The female is very different with a predominantly olive back and yellow underparts.  The name in Argentina is Fueguero comun.
