Circus cinereus
The male Cinereous Harrier slightly resembles the european Hen Harrier. Â We have a pair at the reserve but they are not common.
The male has pale underparts with cinnamon barring. Â The underwings are pale grey with black remiges and the tail is barred grey and black. Â Upperparts are predominantly grey .
The female is predominantly brown with a darker chest.
