Anas versicolor
This attractive duck has just arrived in the Ibera Marshes, not having been seen here for at least 3 years. Â The striking feature is the bill which is blue and yellow.
It has a dark brown crown which extends down the nape and dark brown primaries. Â Flanks are brown with each feather having a pale edging. Â Buffy lower face and throat.
