Calidris melanotos
The Pectoral Sandpiper is rare to see in the Ibera Marshes but it sometimes migrates through.
A medium sized wader, it has a white belly with brown streaking on the chest. The back has brown feathers with a paler edging and there is a faint pale eyebrow.
