Poospiza melanoleuca
The Black-capped Warbling Finch is not common in the Ibera marshes but can occasionally be found in the wooded areas. Â
It is small at 12cm and quite confiding. Â It has a black head, grey back and a black tail with white outer feathers. Â The underparts are white.
